Richa is leading the People function at Ashnik. She comes with 10 years of experience in Strategic and Sales HR, spreading across IT, Pharma, FMCG industries. Before joining Ashnik, she was spearheading the people’s function at Elixia Tech Solutions Ltd. She has worked with Cipla, Society Tea, Ozone group (Nomarks).

Richa has done her MBA from JIMS, Delhi, and Bachelor of Engineering from Rajasthan University. Having worked on most of the stages of the employee life cycle, she is now engaged in strategy design and execution. While her technical background inclines her towards analytics, her professional experience enables her to connect with people and businesses.

Her motto in life is to learn, implement and relearn.

Richa’s interest areas are automation in business processes and people practices. In her spare time, she writes blogs and columns in magazines and loves to practice power Yoga and Zumba.
