Ankriti Pal has joined the Ashnik team as an executive in the People & Culture team with 2 years of experience in the Human Resource domain with considerable expertise in working with IT Infrastructure companies. Her roles and responsibilities include strategizing and implementing important actions for startups like Newaetate Pvt. Ltd, Pingu.Inc listed in Make in India. Her last work experience involved her working as an HR associate at KGS Tech Group Pvt Ltd where she was able to showcase her skills in terms of overall direction and guidance for the company.

Ankriti holds her Bachelor’s in Commerce from Ramadevi Women’s University, Bhubaneshwar Odisha, and has chosen the Human Resource domain as she believes it helps her to keep connected on a higher consciousness level by interacting and indulging with multiple people on a professional and personal level. She is power-driven and is enthusiastic from a result-oriented point of view for any assigned project.

She loves to read Novels and has also a few books of her own. She is also keen on writing research papers on HR and lifestyle by creating awareness among people, hoping to inspire people to live freely and happily.
