Ashish Zijoo has joined Ashnik in the People & Culture function. He comes with 15+ years of experience in the BPO and KPO industries. He has worked as a Team Manager in various organizations like IBM, Snap Deal, Concentrix, HCL Technologies. His strength lies in his ability to drive change while achieving optimum performance high efficiency. Having created a strong base in the service industry providing dependable managerial and technical assistance, he has led large operations and call center projects, imparting excellence.

His passion for people has made him change his line of work. He has completed his BSc in IT from Shobhit University. He has also done MBA in IT & Systems from Nagaland University and is currently pursuing a course in HR from Delhi University.
