Rupesh Malla joins the Ashnik family in the sales team, as the Head of Sales Operations for the South India region. He is a technology-driven professional with 16+ years of experience in areas like team management, sales, business development, and marketing within different organizations in the IT sector. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and a master’s degree in marketing has helped him get hands-on expertise in selling IT services and products to both mid-market and large-scale enterprises.

Rupesh brings a vast experience of working with startups as well as top MNCs, having managed and built highly effective teams in scaling quite rapidly. From a sales leader’s perspective, he was completely responsible for scaling up the entire Indian market share of the business. 

He is also a certified Yoga practitioner who practices and teaches how to align the various layers of physical, mental, emotional, and energy layers of the self. His other hobbies include traveling, reading books, and learning about different cultures.
