Postgres Vision 2018, Boston: 5-6 June
Postgres Vision is an annual Enterprise Postgres event where IT leaders, developers, and data professionals gather for 2 days of networking, collaboration, and skills-building. In 2018, it is being held at Boston on 5th and 6th June 2018.
Ashnik became silver sponsor for this mega Postgres event where Sachin Dabir – CEO and Founder of Ashnik and Sameer Kumar – Solutions Architect, Ashnik held a panel discussion on Digital Transformation and the Role of Open Source on Day 2 of the event. Joining them in the panel was also Engr. Jose Marl T. Biogornia from Philippine Electricity Market Corporation (PEMC).
It was an interactive panel session where they spoke about how PostgreSQL as a technology is advancing and how large enterprises like banks, telcos, utilities, and others have embarked on their digital transformation journey by adopting PostgreSQL, especially in the Southeast Asia region.
