The Position

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to lead our financial operations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and maintain accurate and timely financial records in software like Tally Prime.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or Inter CA.
  • 6-8 years of experience in accounting, financial management, and compliance.
  • Proven expertise in timely and accurate data entry into Tally Prime (mandatory).
  • Proficiency in bookkeeping and advanced MS Excel.
  • Strong background in managing cash flow and financial reporting requirements.
  • Experience of working in Software services company is preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Compliance & Regulatory Filings:
    • Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, PF, PT, and TDS by coordinating with consultants and auditors.
    • Oversee yearly tax and statutory audit filings in collaboration with auditors.
    • Facilitate compliance filings with the Company Secretary as per timelines.
  • Data Entry & Financial Record Management:
    • Enter and update all financial transactions, including accounts receivable, accounts
      payable, payroll, commissions, purchase orders, and invoices, in Tally Prime on a
      daily basis.
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data entered into Tally Prime to maintain
      reliable financial records.
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation for auditing and compliance
      purposes.
  • Financial Management & Reporting:
    • Generate monthly/quarterly service bills and track all payments and expenditures.
    • Provide comprehensive MIS reports, including cash flow and financial summaries, to
      business leaders on a regular basis.
  • Receivables Management:
    • Implement strong follow-up mechanisms for receivables, working closely with the sales
      team to ensure timely collection.
  • Foreign Remittance Coordination:
    • Prepare 15CA/15CB forms in consultation with advisors for foreign outward
      remittances and coordinate with banks for smooth processing.
  • Audit and Reconciliation:
    • Perform ledger reconciliations and monthly reviews to ensure the accuracy of accounts.
    • Manage and maintain accounts receivable files and related records.
